2.  Write the reflection on your persuasive writing response that was returned to you in class today.

Period 6 -

1.  Complete p. 120 in your vocabulary workbooks.

2.  Finish the two boxes on the characterization worksheet that your group was assigned to complete.  (Groups 1 & 2 – Snowball and Squealer, Groups 3 & 4 – Napoleon and Old Major, Groups 5 & 6 – Mr. Whymper and Moses)

Period 1 & 2 -

1.  Write YA sentences for words 11-20, unit 9 vocab.  Remember that your test is Friday!

2.  Complete your assigned page in the packet you received in class today.  You are looking for 5 facts on your topic.

Period 6 -

1.  Questions for chapters VIII – X of Animal Farm are due tomorrow.

2.  Review notes on prepositions and list of prepositions on p. 174 in the Handbook for tomorrow’s quickie quiz.

1. Vocab Match-Up – Unit 9 test is tomorrow!

2.  Complete side 1 of the preposition worksheet.  Identify the prepositional phrases as either adverbs or adjectives.  Identify the word being modified.

Period 1 & 2 -

There will be a quiz on Tuesday on diagramming.  A study guide was given out today in class.  Complete the study guide and review your notes on diagramming.  Those students who wish may come to a Coach Class after school on Tuesday for extra help in preparing for the test.

Period 6 -

There is no homework this weekend.  Looking ahead – Unit 9 vocabulary test will be on Tuesday, February 27th.
