Belle Prater, Question 3 (Homework 10/17)
October 17th, 2007
Granpa Ball says “Appearances are just that, Gypsy—appearances, and not the genuine self.” Outwardly, Woodrow seems to be happy much of the time, telling jokes and laughing, but what about his other, inner life? Write a letter from Woodrow to his mother, expressing his true feelings about her disappearance.
Remember to use examples from the text to support your answer (That DOES NOT mean COPY the author’s words, rather see what you can remember from Ch. 1-14 to help enhance your entry).
In addition, USE 3-5 VOC. WORDS AND CONTEXT CLUES (2) FROM UNIT 3.
Your entry should be a minimum of a paragraph or 7 “Your Age” sentences and demonstrate your ability to create a well thought response.
